{"id":288,"date":"2022-09-01T13:46:38","date_gmt":"2022-09-01T11:46:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cessna172sim.nl\/?page_id=288"},"modified":"2022-09-01T13:46:38","modified_gmt":"2022-09-01T11:46:38","slug":"pedestal-structure","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.c172sim.com\/index.php\/pedestal-structure\/","title":{"rendered":"Pedestal structure"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>When I purchased the Simkits panel, it came with a rather crudley, slapped together, MDF &#8216;pedestal&#8217; covered with a replacement C172 pedestal &#8216;outer shell&#8217; made from plastic. .  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I set about making a new pedestal structure.    I purchased two 6mm sheets of plywood, drew the shape of the pedestal to match the  plastic shell.
